Like any good team, each member should bring a unique set of skills to the group that assist to achieve the best possible outcome.
An NDIS Participant may have multiple service providers that together form a team of support. At Start to Finish Plan Management we want to support that team by focusing on the numbers and finances so the Providers can focus on providing the best care services possible.
That is why we wish to build strong relationships with Providers to support them as well as the Participants.
What value do we offer to Providers?
Sufficient Funding
We will work with you to promptly respond within the next business day on funding availability so that you can start to provide care services as soon as possible.
We will also communicate to you any changes in circumstances that may result in reduced funding.
This may happen as a result of increased rates, additional services provided or a sudden change in the Participant’s plan.
Payment within 7 business days
We have a processes in place to have all approved invoices paid within 7 business days of receipt.
