We think Plan Managers should be doing more than the minimum. They should act like the finance manager of your NDIS plan, not only working with you but also your other Providers to ensure funding allocation is being maintained accordingly.
We deliver excellence through two core principles.
Proactive Management
This starts with the processing and paying of invoices, continues with monitoring the remaining funds and finishes with notifications for and opportunities of surplus funds for additional services.
- Assist with costing and budgeting expected service providers you engage with.
- Process invoices and make payments
- Provide summaries to you with current funding allocations
- Provide notifications for variations outside the current budget and risk of over spending
- Provide forecasts of possible surplus funds to engage additional services
Prompt and Meaningful Communications:
We are here to ensure you are being heard, your concerns are addressed and your questions answered to the best of our ability. We understand the frustration of not receiving prompt responses and having questions answered so you can make informed decisions.
Our focus is to provide guidance and expert knowledge of the NDIS price guide to help you make informed decisions to achieve the best outcome
Our communication and support doesn’t end with you. Many Plan Managers provide limited response or communication to other Service Providers. We are more than happy to work with any of your Providers to ensure that your plan is managed and appropriately funded.
